EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you are satisfied of your purchases on Garçon Milano, but if you want to change or return the item to get a refund you can do it with no additional charges.
With Garçon Milano will truly satisfied or refunded in respect of the Right of Withdrawal (D.lgs.206 / 05).
Both for the refund for the goods exchange it is essential to contact Tatiana Cohendy – VAT Registration Number IT10606610961 before the return of the goods and wait for our permission. We can not accept returns without our permission.
If you want to return an item or change it please follow the instructions:
Returns procedure for purchased items:
Contact us within 14 days from the date of the delivery. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier has taken possesion of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us with a clear statement regarding your decision, sending us a registered letter to Tatiana Cohendy,Via Scoglio Quarto 3, CAP 20136 Milano, Italy or an e-mail to email@example.com adding the following info:
- items purchased
- order number
- your objective returning the goods:
- a) you want to be refunded;
- b) you want to replace the item with a different one
- the reason for returning the item. This is optional, but helps us to understand what to improve in our products or services and give you an even better service.
The withdrawal deadline is considered to have been met if you have sent the notice concerning the exercise of the the right of withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal deadline.
Garçon Milano‘s Customer Service will send you an email with the return authorization.
You must return or surrender the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the goods before expiration of the 14 days period. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Write the address to which you will return the goods in duplicate.
Place the item in its original packaging (including tags, labels, instruction sheets, etc.), in a box or a postal envelope (also one in which you were shipped the goods).
Make sure that the packaging is properly sealed.
Stick the label on the box or on the envelope. Hold another label ready to be formed by the carrier as a receipt.
To return the goods, you can choose whether to pay a return by courier UPS or your expenses with mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
After receiving and checking your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
The consequences of your withdrawal will be that we are required to refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and within 14 days from the date on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction to refund you.
Instead of getting a refund you may also choose to get a voucher of the same amount of your transaction to make future purchases at Garçon Milano.
If you choose the option of the voucher, it will be sent within 3 working days from the request.
If you requested a replacement due to non-compliance or damage, you will ship it at no additional charge by UPS courier.
In the event that the product does prove exhausted at the time of verification of the return, we will inform you and ask you if you prefer to wait for the new replenishment, refund of the price paid, a gift certificate or replacement with a similar item.
Please take special care in dealing with the items purchased. In fact, we can refund or change items new (not used) and that they have been treated with special care and no changes have occurred, such as:
- lack or alteration of the packaging and the original packaging
- removing attachments cards
- changes or interventions of any kind Article
For products packed in boxes (eg accessories, various objects) please be careful when opening the package not to damage it.
You are the only responsible for any loss in the value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to an unnecessarily extensive verification of the suitability, features, and operation of the goods by you.
